Worship Planning & Liturgics
Coordinate liturgical services, deacon schedules, and choral selections. The Worship module keeps deacons, cantors, and volunteers aligned on the order of service.
1. Service Outlines & Orders
Plan the visual flow of your services:
- Order of Service: Create detailed timelines of the liturgy, including prayer times, sermon blocks, and announcements.
- Deacon Assignments: Assign deacons to specific service duties (such as reading the Epistle or serving at the altar).
- Public Visibility: Publish service outlines to the member portal, allowing congregants to follow the liturgy from their devices.
2. Liturgical Music & Hymn Selection
Align cantors, choirs, and audio-visual teams on music selections:
- Hymn Collections: Create a database of your church’s traditional hymns, doxologies, and choral selections.
- Setlists: Compile weekly music programs and distribute them to the choir and AV team.
- Attachment Links: Attach PDF score sheets or audio recording references to hymns for choir practice.
3. Liturgical Calendar Readings
Ensure the correct scriptural texts are prepared for each service:
- Daily Readings: Display scripture passages (such as Epistle, Psalm, and Gospel readings) assigned to the current day.
- Sermon References: Link readings to scheduled sermons, helping members review bible chapters before attending.
