1. Automated Document Merging

To eliminate manual entry errors, the certificate generator compiles details directly from the digital registry:

  • Biographical Sync: The system pulls the candidate’s full name, birthdate, and parent details from their CRM contact card.
  • Sacrament Sync: Automatically embeds the date of the sacrament, the church’s official name, the location, and the officiating priest.
  • Sponsor Sync: Includes the names of the godparents or wedding witnesses exactly as entered in the canonical records.

2. Professional Certificate Formats

Certificates are compiled using elegant, traditional typography and layouts:

  • Frame-Ready Layouts: Designed with standard margins suitable for printing on parchment paper, signing, and framing.
  • Parish Branding: Automatically includes your church’s logo, address, and diocese details.
  • Verification Signature Block: Features dedicated areas for the officiating priest’s signature and the placement of the physical parish seal.

3. How to Generate a Certificate

  1. Navigate to Sacraments in your dashboard.
  2. Select the candidate’s name or search for the specific sacrament record.
  3. Click the Generate Certificate button.
  4. The system compiles the details and downloads a PDF directly to your device.
  5. Print, sign, and apply the church stamp to issue the official document.
