1. Tailored Dashboard Views

The interface dynamically changes based on your permissions:

  • Diocesan Administrators & Bishops: Access high-level diocesan analytics, parish connection tools, and cross-parish reports.
  • Parish Priests & Clergy: Prioritize pastoral care with a focused dashboard showing upcoming confession bookings, urgent visitation requests, and recent sacrament logs.
  • Ministry & Sunday School Servants: View current group lists, take session attendance quickly, schedule lessons, and track student checklist progress.
  • Church Members & Families: Manage household profiles, update contact details, make donations, download tax statements, register for events, and chat in group channels.

2. Dynamic Workspace Switching

For users who serve in multiple roles (for example, a parishioner who is also a Sunday School servant):

  • Highest Role Selection: The platform automatically loads your workspace with the interface options matching your highest permission level (such as Servant or Admin).
  • Toggle View: Users with advanced permissions can switch their view between “Member Mode” and “Servant Mode” from their profile menu without logging out.
  • Consistent Navigation: The navigation sidebar automatically hides options that are outside the current view’s scope to prevent clutter.
