Platform Console & SaaS Administration
The Platform Console is the central control room for managing your church’s Kononia account. From this dashboard, organization owners can manage subscriptions, track platform usage, and enforce security policies.
1. Plan Management & Billing
Configure your platform subscription and track resource limits:
- Subscription Plans: View your current tier, renewal dates, and invoice history.
- Resource Usage Gauges: Monitor active member count, files storage limits (for sacrament certificates and receipts), and email dispatch metrics.
- Self-Service Upgrades: Seamlessly upgrade plans or purchase add-on storage or SMS bundles as your parish grows.
2. Platform Security & MFA Controls
Protect administrative access to your directory data:
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Enforce MFA for all administrators, priests, and finance staff to prevent unauthorized access.
- Login Auditing: Review recent admin logins, active sessions, and security changes to track dashboard activity.
- Session Timeout Controls: Automatically log out idle administrators to protect open computers in public church offices.
3. Help & Support Impersonation
When a parish administrator needs support with configuration or data setup:
- Temporary Support Access: Grant permission for authorized Kononia support staff to view your workspace.
- Secure Impersonation Mode: Support staff log in through a specialized audit-logged session, allowing them to troubleshoot issues exactly as the admin sees them.
- Automatic Expiration: Support access automatically expires after 24 hours, ensuring continuous data protection.
